Training Rquirements
All organisations are advised to meet with one
our Chunks Coaches before finaling training.
The Client should have received a company training
profile within two days of the coach visit.
Bookin a Virtual Chunk
Before you book a Virtual Chunk
it is important that your computer system meets the following requirements/recommendations:
For Attendees
- Required : A personal computer or laptop
- Required : An available phone line and a room
or area with minimal disruption (90 minutes)
- Required : Windows® 95, 98, Me, NT4.0,
2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server
- Required : Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater,
Netscape 6.0 or greater, or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later
- Required : Stable 56k, cable modem, ISDN, DSL
or better Internet connection.
- Recommended : Java Virtual Machine enabled
- Recommended : Minimum of Pentium 400 with 256
MB of RAM
Note: Windows 95 users must have Internet Explorer 4.0 installed. Any supported browser can be used to access the portal provided Internet Explorer 4.0 is also installed.
When these requirements are met then the steps to booking are outlined
below:
- Complete an online audit to determine your current skills set
- View your results and recommendations (which will be emailed
to you after submission of completed form)
- View the outline of the selected Chunk (which will appear after
the results page)
- Call 0207 935 9224 to verify any specific requirements if necessary
- A Chunks coach will be in touch to clarify any relevant issues
(this does not affect the process)
- Click on the "Book a Chunk" button below Administration
to proceed.
- Register your full details using this information.
- Access the online calendar and choose your desired Chunk
- View the available spaces in each class
- Complete the form and make online payment or pay over the phone and our staff will handle your booking.
A Chunks pack containing all necessary information will
be sent to all parties.
